The 1st Line Support Engineer will assist with all technical issues and be the first point of contact and providing a high level of technical support.
Skills and experience required:
- Good technical knowledge and experience of IT environments
- Supporting Windows / Office
- Supporting customers in line with SLA’s
- Strong verbal and written skills
