2nd Line Support Engineer wanted by my large Telco company to be the first point of contact and be responsible for providing high level of technical support for both internal and external customers.
Key skills and experience required:
- Good technical knowledge and experience of IT environments
- Good knowledge of supporting Windows
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
The role is based in Hampshire offering an agile working environment. This role is paying up to £200 pd inside IR35.
