Application Support Manager is now required by an innovative technology consultancy, based in Central London, to support one of their key EU client's core applications.
#The Application Support Manager will be responsible for establishing a 24x7 support model and for providing adequate end user assistance and technical troubleshooting to their clients
Key experience required:
- Application support manager experience in a small to medium size team
- Experience with Agile and ITIL processes
- AWS experience
- Proven capability of on-boarding new business and applications with an organised approach
The Application Support Manager will join an exciting and growing company, and be able to establish a support function from the ground up.
The salary on offer is between £50,000 and £60,000 with an exceptional benefits package.
