Application Support Manager – Central London - £400 p/d
 
An Application Support Manager is now required by my client, a leading Ecommerce organisation, based in Central London. The Application Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the team provides adequate end user assistance and provides technical troubleshooting.
 
Responsibilities for the Application Support Manager:
  • Deliver a high-quality user application ecosystem
  • Ensure seamless transaction of application modifications
  • Ensure a thorough knowledge of ecosystem applications and keep up to date with the technologies supporting this
  • Review Service Levels as well as KPIs ensuring that they are up to date and that the App Support team are reinforcing this
  • Ensure team management of the Application Support team
 
The Application Support Manager will need the following experience:
 
  • Thorough experience of AWS, DevOps and automation services
  • Prior experience of managing a high-achieving team
  • Application support experience in eCommerce, retail or travel industry preferred
  • Agile delivery and working experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Proven capability of on-boarding new business and applications with an organised approach
