Exciting new opportunity for an Application Support Manager to join a leading eCommerce brand based in Liverpool. You will play a key role in their new ticketing system project.
As the Application Support Manager, you will be responsible for defining and translating strategic initiatives to ensure application and platform requirements are met.
You will also identify opportunities for application and platform enhancements, increased efficiency and improving the overall service quality while ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Management experience
- Experienced in using Officer 365 and SharePoint
- Exposure to working in an Agile environment
- Stakeholder and Vendor management skills
- Incident resolution experience
- Strong understanding of key applications, particularly ERP, HR, Finance, CRM and Payment Gateway
