Leading UK-based telecoms provider have an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Analyst to join their Business Process Engineering function. The purpose of this function is to analyse and optimise the business processes, portals and other interfaces.
The Business Analyst will identify new technology opportunities in workflow and deliver change and improvements in line with the digital strategy and planned development of product and services.
Business Analysts in the team operate across Systems Integration, Business Process reengineering and User Experience focused design, to an excellent standard.
This role is key for the implementation of a digital strategy, reducing customer effort and in turn our support costs across the organisation.
- Previous experience of customer journey mapping and user experience research
- The ability to drive performance change via presentation of business insight and stakeholder engagement
- Strong background within business analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Location: Hybrid, some days in Manchester
