One of the UK’s largest retailers (FTSE250) now requires a Business Analyst to join their new Personalisation CRM Programme.
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of both their current transformation and marketing transformation.
The ideal Business Analyst will have the following skills/experience:
- Proven Experience working within Agile and Product Environments
- Previous Customer-Facing Delivery and e-Commerce Experience
- Strong Interpersonal and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Previously worked with Requirements Gathering, User Story Creation, and Workshop Facilitation
- Strong interpersonal and Stakeholder Management Skills
- Marketing Technology, Desirable but not essential
