Our client, a large FTSE 100 UK based organisation, now require a Business Change Manager to support a large separation project taking place in 2022. Change support is required to help stand up the new aspect of the business and help stabilise post-separation.
This role will be managing the change to separate the Procurement department, working closely with leadership, and all employee impacts coming out of procurement.
- Strong experience in business change - drive, design, deliver and stablise the changes end to end
- Background in change methodology and toolkits ie. Complex CIAs, change journeys etc.
- Stakeholder management
- Great communications skills
Rate: £590 per day Inside IR35
Duration: 3 months initial (scope for extension)
