Leading management consultancy require a change manager to work with a prestigious London based client (Currently home based). The overall programme of work in on a large Global Finance Transformation programme.
Responsibility will inclyde
- Change and Adoption Lead for the global finance transformation agenda working to Global Change Director - they will part of the wider change team for Finance and transformation to drive, design, deliver and stablise the changes end to end.
- This is lead/ change SME role focused on transformational change and will involve understanding and managing the changes across a large scale change portfolio inc. op model changes, offshoring and automation/ process into the country hubs and wider.
- Scope and senior stakeholder management will be key, they’ll be facing off to the leadership teams for projects (C suite engagement and all levels), self starter and connecting dots is important
- Drive a consistent change approach, methodology and toolkit to support the business and the key will be bringing this to life and practically making change happen.
Very good opportunity to manage a change project for a FTS100 giant. Rate £550 per day for an initial 6 month. Inside of IR35.
