The Change Manager will have strong experience in Change Management and be proven at delivering tangible business benefits.
Skills Required to be successful in the role:
- Deep experience in change management
- Proven experience of working on complex global Transformation programmes
- Change management design and delivery
- Ability to hit the ground running and create structure in an ambiguous environment
- Complex problem-solving skills
- Highly effective senior stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Must be located in Poland
