A change project manager is needed by a large multinational insurance company. You will be delivering all aspects and phases of the project. You will be co-ordinating the activity on a day-to-day basis, including implementation, design, and scope; Whilst ensuring that it is delivered according to the cost, time, and quality targets. You will manage a matrix cross-function team, 3rd party suppliers and work with different business teams to ensure that the project is completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Experience with change management in business, operational, and IT is essential
- Experience delivering projects in a B2B client facing environment is essential
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of multiple delivery methodologies, such as agile and waterfall, and the ability to distinguish which methodology best suits the task
- Experience of owning a budget (including budget forecasting) in the region of up to a million and at least several hundreds of thousands
- Develop and oversee the project controls to provide early indication of any potential risks that could undermine the project delivery
- Map out the delivery of the project and its phases, paying regards to time, cost, and quality
- Being able to manage multiple supplier relationships
