Client Project Coordinator - £38k – hybrid Leeds

A project coordinator with excellent client management skills with experience of providing solutions to technical and data queries is needed for a leading fraud prevention provider.

As a client project coordinator you will work across the business to coordinate, plan and resource for the successful delivery of all major client projects in line with agreed project plans. Develop strong credible working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key requirements
  • Strong experience and evidence of managing multiple pieces of work
  • Strong experience in building/managing client relationships 
  • Strong experience in negotiation and influencing 
  • Experience working in dynamic changing environment delivering to deadlines
  • Experience diagnosing client issues/queries
  • Technical skills for incident and problem resolution as well as managing a number of internal IT systems
  • Project management qualification or project management experience
  • Good experience within a client service and or product delivery role
  • Knowledge of the use of API
  • Good Knowledge of credit bureau services
This is a hybrid role going into the Leeds offices around 3 days a week at a base salary of £38k.
