Client Service Manager – Financial Service Giant – Fixed Term Contract - Hybrid
 
Global leading financial services company are searching for a Client Service Manager to support their clients and provide excellent services within quality standards.
 
Your role involves proactive management of the services provided to the clients. You must understand their business and the challenges they face. Therefore, you must be highly analytical to identify issues as well as a skilled problem solver to resolve them quickly.
 
The ideal Client Service Manager will be able to undertake the following:
 
  • Responsible for managing and developing positive relationships with clients within a team environment
  • Responsible for ensuring end to end new and existing services provided to our client are functioning as expected, meeting contracted service levels and quality standards
  • Manage and develop effective and positive relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Works to a high standard of performance (quality, punctuality, attendance, productivity and flexibility)
  • Share knowledge and experience with other team members, within the competencies of the role

This is a hybrid remote role, requiring you to come into their offices in Leeds 2-3 days a week.
 
This is a 12 month long fixed term contract role with view to perm.
 
This fantastic opportunity offers a salary of £30k.
