Continuous Improvement Manager – West London - £660 – 6 months

Continuous Improvement Manager with an extensive background in Lean and 6 Sigma Black Belt wanted by my large scale FMCG client based in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a pioneering integration of data mining in a global programme.

Continuous Improvement Manager will suit candidates who have previously worked in a highly regulated environment or a matrix organisation.

Continuous Improvement Manager will suit candidates who have had extensive exposure leading large cross functional business change or continuous improvement programmes on a global scale.

Continuous Improvement Manager will be facilitating workshops across a range of organisational levels from shop floor staff to senior leaders.

Continuous Improvement Manager will need to have strong leadership skills as well as being competent in use of change management techniques.

Continuous Improvement Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Highly competent in the application of lean and 6 sigma manufacturing techniques.
  • Lead multi-discipline teams on sites and engage with stakeholders on all levels.
  • Be able to embed continuous improvement processes and mindsets at all levels.
  • Ability to develop lean 6 sigma methodology in colleagues within the time and to stakeholders on site.
Continuous Improvement Manager is a contract role for an initial period of 6 months offering up to £660 based in West London.

I MUST stress in order to be considered for this Continuous Improvement Manager candidates are required to have an extensive background in Lean 6 sigma, Black Belt and previous exposure leading large cross functional business change.
