A Customer Acquisition and Retention Manager with solid experience in salesforce and B2B and B2C is needed for one of the world’s largest energy supermajors. It is a vertically integrated company operating in all areas of the industry.
This role is a commercial customer focused position with a deep understanding of the external customer and the mobility business. You will be accountable for significant volume / turnover driving programs, budget management, for adequate performance management and reporting process.
Key requirements:
- Experience in CRM / Direct marketing and with CRM platforms (i.e. Salesforce)
- Solid marketing and sales background ideally in both B2C and B2B environments
- Marketing background with demonstrated ability to implement, with accountability for budget and projects
- Good experience in managing 3rd parties / virtual teams
This is a hybrid role going into the London offices 1-2 days a week at a salary of £65k.
