Customer Service Advisor, required by a leading finance provider, to deliver excellent service to customers as an ‘information and admin provider’ and providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The role of the Customer Service Advisor will ensure all customer enquiries are responded to and fully informed and guided through the whole process.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- GCSE or equivalent

This role is office based, Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm. The role is paying £10.46 p/h.
