They are currently looking to appoint a Digital Product and Propositions Owner to join and lead their Digital Transformation team that is focused on the digitisation of their 10,000,000 smalls to medium sized business client as well as the acquisition of more customers in this space.

Digital Customer and Proposition Owner will suit Digital gurus, someone that understand Digital and how it can have an impact and transform businesses. This role will suit strategic thinkers that understand how to frame offerings to a huge existing customer base whilst growing it at the same time.
Digital Customer and Proposition Owner is a high-profile role that will require you to face off to C-Suite and navigate a huge, multi-billion-pound matrix organisation. This is one of the few opportunities you have in a career to make a genuine stamp in one of the worlds most recognised and revered brands.
- You will own the market analysis, define the proposition insights and business case
- You will be accountable for delivering the product roadmap and commercialisation of the proposition
- Accountable for growth in digital demand
- Lead and drive the proposition into 19 operating countries
- Manage and align stakeholders at all levels
- Act as the driving force for product development
- You will own the Customer Experience and Performance of Service across the group
- Define, implement, and continuously improve customer journeys
- Utilise data to drive marketing, ensuring that appropriate tools and strategies are being utilised to target Small to Medium sized enterprises
You will have:
- Experience in new product development within a digital service, digital product, or digital platform business / industry
- Experience with Digital Customer Experience and / or Net Promoter Score
- Strong commercial background, driving an offering from idea to monetisation
- Experience of managing senior level stakeholder groups in a large scale, matrix organisation
- Confident navigating a matrix organisation
- Must live and breathe Digital
- Must have a passion for business and supporting businesses adopt and grow their digital landscape
Digital Customer and Proposition Owner is a permanent role offering up to £115,000 plus package (circa. £150,000 total package) based in London.
I MUST stress to be considered for this opportunity candidates are required to have a strong background in Digital Products and Services Propositions.
