Global Retail Bank now requires a driven and passionate Data Management Platform Segmentation Lead, who will play a key role in the optimisation and segmentation of customer engagement via digital channels and be responsible for manging the company's data management platform globally.
You will join a community of digital professionals dispersed across the world striving to deliver effortless banking to customers on a global scale.
As the new Data Management Platform Segmentation Lead you will manage a team of four Digital Marketing specialists , driving business value maximisation from the Data Management Platform to deliver personalised experiences, advertising campaigns and bespoke audience targeting strategies.
- By working closely with key markets and local teams, you will assist in defining campaign tactics and driving optimisation and extension of the organisation business value and capabilities
- Ensuring appropriate segments are created and measured in order to provide insights about audience performance.
- Building strong relationships with external marketing parties
- Ensuring all local campaigns strategies are in line with the overall campaign aims and objectives
Key skills and abilities for this role:
- Experience in managing, motivating and coaching a small team.
- Experience with Data Management Platform, ideally Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Analytics
- Experience in delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions and business strategy
- Proven track record in the definition of audience strategies and programmatic advertising technology
- Resilient and analytical problem solving skills, ”can do” attitude. Ability to work in a multi-layered and multicultural environment
