This is a new, and business critical role responsible for embedding a culture of continuous improvement across their supply chain operations. You will pragmatically utilise your process improvement skill set to drive change, influencing stakeholders at both a shop floor and a strategic level.
To be considered for this position applicants must have the following experience:
- Proven experience in building Process Improvement teams
- Excellent skills in continuous improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma etc)
- Extensive Supply Chain experience
- Exemplary stakeholder management skills
As the Head of Process Improvement you will build a continuous improvement team from scratch, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and take people with you on the change journey.
