HR Data Analyst, with strong data governance skills, is required by a leading ecommerce brand based in Luton, to play a key role on a large scale HR transformation.
The HR Data Analyst will be improving data accurary and data effectiveness across both HR and payroll functions.
To be relevant for this role candidates must have the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience as a Data Analyst within a large scale enterprise company
- Strong data governance and data control experience and skills
- Experience working within the HR or payroll domain
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
