Leading technology manufacturer now requires a talented HRIS analyst to provide operational and project support for the HR system, Oracle Fusion HCM.

This role revolves around managing the core structure/build, patches, upgrades and system development, data validation, testing, trouble shooting, training, colleague engagement and other project and integration related tasks.

What you will be doing:
•       As part of the people team, participate in the delivery of our people strategy and plans, leading on any expert aspects relating to HR systems.
•       Identifying scenarios for testing and prepare test plans/scripts
•       Execute all system testing in relation to Oracle Fusion HCM patches, upgrades and system development collaborating with the payroll specialist, people services delivery manager             and rewards & analytics specialist as required.
•       Define business requirements to enable solutions in Oracle Fusion HCM.
•       Support and contribute to the documentation of “as is” and “to be” processes.
•       Run/create simple and complex ad-hoc reports as requested via Oracle Fusion HCM.
•       Monitor automated reports and fix failures
•       Troubleshoot system issues and provide day to day support to all end users of Oracle Fusion HCM.
•       Report issues to Oracle support, identifying priority and escalating as necessary.

The ideal HRIS Analyst:
•       Oracle HCM experience would be desirable, however, experience in any other HR system is required (‘ResourceLink’, ‘Workday’, Cascade, SAP, SuccessFactors etc.)
•       Systems minded – Educated to A level/BTEC Level 3 in Computing & ICT related courses or equivalent experience.
•       Well-developed organisational and project management skills, detail conscious and committed to high quality.
•       Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
•       Excellent communication skills – Including the ability to communicate complex technical information in a user-friendly way.
•       Highly collaborative in approach, solutions oriented, flexible and open and willing to try new things and support other members of the team when required.

The base salary for this role is £30,000 plus package. In terms of office location, this role is based in Hatfield and consists of hybrid working with 2 days in office and the rest working from home.
