Ventula have partnered with a leading FMCG organisation who are at the forefront of technology and growing rapidly.
They are looking for an IT Business Partner with Project Management and Business Analysis skills to join their team in a challenging new role.
 
You will be responsible for liaising with key stakeholders across different departments to improve areas of the business by capturing their requirements in order to implement change.
As the IT Business Partner you will also be responsible for end-end project delivery of key initiatives which will include: producing appropriate documentation, implementation and communication plans to ensure that these will be delivered smoothly, with a correct structure in place to handover to the appropriate partners.
 
The first major programme will be the implementation of a new CRM system within the sales and marketing team, so any previous experience using SAP and ERP in this area would be beneficial.
 
To be successful you must have proven experience in a similar position, and have had exposure to SAP and ERP and be very analytically minded. You must be able to confidently liaise with stakeholders to translate data into user requirements for developers and the project teams to highlight your findings to create successful solutions and outcomes for the business.  The right candidate will be outgoing and personable and can work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
 
You must have:
  • Significant track record proving the ability to deliver business systems projects
  • Experience and knowledge of working with project management methodologies
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP)
  • Excellent knowledge of Business Process Mapping methodology and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills, keen interest in understanding business processes and outcomes with an innovative approach to problem solving
 
 
This opportunity will require someone who is very analytically minded and have a flare for driving improvements and change, when government guidelines change you will be required to be in the office 3-4 times a week, the offices are located in the heart of Hertfordshire.
