IT CHANGE AND TRANSITION MANAGER – £50K PER ANNUM – REMOTE (1-2 OFFICE DAYS PER MONTH)
 
My client, a market leading financial advisory company, are looking for an IT Change & Transition Manager to ensure that Change Policy, Process and Procedure is upheld to a high standard. The role is mostly remote working, but you will be required on site in the London office a minimum of 2 days a month.
 
The role will work closely with the Change function to ensure that an agreed servers’ wrapper is in place for anything coming into service, as well as working alongside IT Support to ensure that they have the correct training to support all new services to a high standard.
 
Job responsibilities:
  • Leading Technical Assessment and Change Advisory meetings
  • Monitoring of change records ensuring correct information is stored
  • Coordination of ECABs when necessary
  • Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the change process through reports and analysis
  • Lead improvement of the change process
  • Implement and ensure Best Practise is followed
  • Planning of training for IT support teams
 
Key requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Change Manager
  • Strong technical skills
  • Experience working in an FCA regulated environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • ITIL foundation certificate V3
  • Experience implementing best practice in IT change management
  • Ability to translate complex information into easy to digest information
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
