Global Online Retailer Based in Kings Cross now require an experienced CRM & Loyalty Analyst to join a B2B CRM team that will be working on innovative greenfield customer engagement projects.
The Loyalty Analyst will be responsible for measuring the performance of B2B CRM activities, analysing large sets of data and delivering actionable insights to the team.
The Loyalty Analyst will be focused on CRM campaign measurement, customer profiling / Segmentation and behavioural analysis.
The ideal Loyalty Analyst will have the following experience:
- A strong background in CRM and campaign measurement
- Proficient at customer profiling/ segmentation and behavioural analysis.
- Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other CRM platforms
- Strong Experience with data-focused marketing and predictive analytics/models.
- Used querying tools such as SQL, Big Query
- Experience using Data Visualisation tools – ideally Tableau
- Retail / Travel sector experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
