Loyalty Director is required by my client, a rapidly growing global eCommerce company, based in Central London to join their management team. You will be responsible for ensuring a successful customer loyalty programme and delivering this on a global scale. You will identify and implement all aspects that contribute to loyalty and lead the creation around this.
- 7+ years relevant experience, including loyalty and marketing experience in fast-paced commercial environments.
- Demonstrated strong judgement and decision-making
- Cross-functional team management experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and strong communication skills
- Proven experience running a target-driven programme
- Strategic approach
