Platform Support Analyst - Fintech - Python / SQL - £35k
Platform Support Analyst is urgently required by my client, a well known FinTech brand based in London, to join them on permanent basis.
The Platform Support Analyst will be enthusiastic and a quick learner with a passion for data, solving
problems and new technologies. The Platform Support Analyst will sit in the Support team while working closely with analysts and developers.
The Platform Support Analyst will have the follow responsibilities:
• Provide support to customers for the company platform and
other applications
• Working with customers via phone, web and email, and when required face-to-face
• Identifying opportunities to develop and improve the Support Team’s processes and systems
• Understand and diagnose data problems, working with scripting languages and JSON data
• Working with NoSQL databases and tools such as Microsoft PowerBI to provide supporting information to various internal and external teams
The Platform Support Analyst will have the following skills and expertise:
• Linux
• Python and other scripting languages
• MacOS, iOS and Windows
• Ideally, C# experience
• Microsoft Azure Active Directory
• Experience with data analysis and query languages (SQL, N1QL)
Only Support Analysts with proven Linux and Python will be considered for this role.
The role is based in Central London and offered on permanent basis. The salary on offer is between £25000-35000 depending on experience.
