Programme Manager (cyber security & CISO Office)– Multinational Pharma Company - £700 p/d inside IR35
 
Multinational Pharma company now require a Cybersecurity Programme Manager to lead and deliver portfolios of cross-functional projects using an Agile methodology.
This role will require a Programme Manager with experience in managing Cyber security programmes. You must have strong planning and organisational skills to maintain project schedules and plans. You must be highly analytical with strong business acumen to deal with negotiation processes and interact with key senior stakeholders.

The ideal Programme Manager will have the following experience/skills:
  • Programme Management Competencies including ability to produce & maintain a project schedules and plans
  • Ability to apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban practices and related tools as required
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and business acumen demonstrated through experience with negotiating, scope management, risk planning and mitigation strategies, interaction with key senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of data / Technology related processes, quality practices and development lifecycles
  • Experience of resource demand management aligned to project schedules
  • Working knowledge of pro-active project risk management plus issue management and resolution
  • Able to effectively interact with a broad range of people from business leaders to technical delivery teams/SMEs
  • Able to Manage, motivate and maintain focus and of team towards delivery
  • Proactive stakeholder management and communications
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and hold team members to account as required for successful project delivery
 
 
This role offers a day rate of £700 p/d inside IR35.
Duration: until the end of 2022.
This is a remote role with occasional travel to West London.
