Global Online Retailer now require a strong Programme Manager who also has product management experience to work on a new tooling initiative. The contract will be an initial 12-month contract and there will be a requirement to travel into their London office 1/2 days a week, when restrictions allow.
In this role, The Programme Manager will be responsible for delivering a programme of nine technology tools and will also be responsible for coordinating the teams, building the plan, facilitating challenging discussions and chairing the steering group. In order to be successful in this role you will need to be proactive, influential and motivate the teams to deliver their best potential.
The ideal Programme Manager will have the following skills / experience:
- Experience working in agile/continuous delivery/product environments
- Retail agile programme manager experience
- Tooling Experience
- Product exposure experience
- Focus on delivering value & outcomes
