Leading eCommerce brand requires a Salesforce Administrator, capable of configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform.
You will be working alongside a high-dynamic team and hold discussions with business stakeholders with a focus on the Contact Centre.

- 3+ years of experience developing on Salesforce.com platform
- Service Cloud and Lightning user interface experience
- Strong Contact Centre/Customer Service orientation
- SFDC Administration Certification
- Problem-solving skills; ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions; strong understanding of data structures and data modelling.
- Experience with SF1 mobile configuration, Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Data Loader preferred
- Experience working in an Agile Framework (Scrum or Kanban) preferred
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in their London office in King’s Cross, one day a week.
Day rate: £450 per day OUTSIDE IR35
Duration: 12 months
