A leading Ecommerce client now required a Senior Salesforce Administrator to oversee an implementation of a Salesforce database within a business-critical merger.
The role revolves around supporting company operations with a particular focus on the contact centre and collaborating with functional leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What you will be doing:
• Responsible for configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas etc. within Salesforce.com
• Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc.
• Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance.
• Release management for Salesforce pipeline of work, following Agile methodology.
• Engage with business stakeholders with a focus on the contact centre.
• Collaborate with the contact centre (CRM Marketing and other business stakeholders).
• Manage data imports, database de-duping and clean-up.
About you:
• Exceptional technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organisation.
• Service cloud and Lightning user interface experience.
• Strong contact centre/Customer Service orientation.
• Demonstrated experience developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers in SFDC.
• SFDC Administration Certification.
• Strong understanding of data structures and data modelling.
• Passionate about Salesforce with a strong hands-on work ethic.
• Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions.
The role consists of an initial 12-month contract at a daily rate of £500 p/d outside of IR35. In terms of office location, the role is based in Kings Cross and requires 1-2 days on site and the rest working from home.
