Senior Digital Product Manager (Director)
Leading tech company (FTSE100) required a Senior Digital Product Owner to work in a new division focussed on building a Developer Marketplace.  Create and manage the single digital destination for all developers globally. Create a world class, innovative and engaging digital destination accountability traffic and awareness and driving and integration.
Key responsibilities.
  • Define a reimagined world class innovative and engaging digital vision for developers globally and lead the execution of the new Developer Marketplace.
  • Create the best customer experience to drive advocacy and engagement across the full developer lifecycle, including design sprints and ongoing customer testing
  • Lead and inspire a team of Product and Insight managers to drive a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, customer centricity, diversity, and inclusion
  • Ensure a robust approach around the tracking and the delivery of digital platform metrics to inform UX and UI journey optimisation and performance.
  • Work in close collaboration with product, technology, developer relations and commercial teams.  
Required Experience
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and inspiring digital leader. 10+ years of building digital teams and eCommerce/ eService sites for the developer community, driving innovation, emerging technology highly desired.
  • Technical background and/or strong technical competency a plus
  • Proven experience working in customer centric, lean and agile development processes.
  • Strong awareness and curiosity around digital and technology trends
  • Passionate about the developer experience, open to new ideas and new ways of doing things; comfortable challenging the status quo; thrives in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely and develop relationships with other teams, including product, technology, sales and marketing as well as executive leadership team.‎
  • An analytical and data-driven approach UX design and feature development.
This position is offering a basic salary circa £130K with an overall package in excess of £200K. Global HQ is London, envisaged time in the office is a couple of days a month. Exceptional opportunity to join a new initiative with board level backing at a FTSE Giant.
