Technical Support Team Leader wanted by my Telecoms provider client to be responsible for the day to day running of the Technical Support 1st Line team, managing holiday and admin duties.
The Technical Team Leader will manage all service boards to ensure workflow is prioritised and in line with customer SLA’s.
Key skills and experience required:
- Service management background and experience
- Technical understanding of Fixed Line and Data Connectivity Solutions
- Experience of developing SLA’s
- Driven and results orientated

The role is based in Essex and offers a agile working environment. This role is paying up to £27,000 based on experience.
